Stupidity

Well after a team meeting Hope Solo has been in effect kicked off of the team. Steven Goff is reporting that after a team meeting Hope will not practice play or even be in the stadium.
Vasco says how freaking pathetic, so in order to punish Hope for her speaking the truth, your going to give up your third place medal. Yes, I said it give up your third place medal, Denmark will win the game tomorrow morning, because of all of this stupidity. What Hope said was in the heat of the moment, and was probably heart felt after being benched by a coach who was trying to think to much. There are quotes in this article from Kristine and Abby basically saying you have to be professional all the time and she has caused us a distraction. Vasco says what the F***, are you here to win the dam game or worry about someone's feelings. Hope wrote on her my space page a heart felt apology to her teammate that she wasn't trying to insult her.
Vasco just thinks this is pathetic and have changed my position on Greg Ryan now, Greg needs to be replaced as well as apparently several players on the team. As for Hope, who is truly a beautiful woman looking at her my space page, I hope she refuses to play for the US team ever again, and goes to Sweden and becomes the best keeper ever. I also hope that Hope comes home and tears up the WUSA. When asked to play for her country again, she repeatedly says I did, and you goofs kicked me off, and hangs up.
So after two years of getting ready for the World Cup the US women have decided to throw it all away. Although one could say that they already did that when they decided to play long ball like they are they are an EPL team. Yes after watching the game against Brasil Thursday evening and the other three games, Greg and his staff needs to go and the team needs to be revamped with new players. Vasco feels that this is the beginning of the end for the US women's national team, why they have to win to be care about by the Federation, and now they won't win a medal ever again.
Now we have to wait for the USSF reaction to this, and I am sure it will be "wait for it" Legendary. Probably in its stupidity.
